I am currently 6w1d pregnant, confirmed with an ultrasound this past week. We saw the smallest little heartbeat flicker. I was crying my eyes out. I think it actually made me more nervous because the little babe was so small.

Today I woke up and noticed my breast felt fine. No tenderness or swelling like they had been the last few days. This loss of symptoms makes me nervous. I haven’t had any cramping or bleeding, so my husband is reassured by that. I had a missed miscarriage in August at 10 weeks and I am terrified of this happening again. Have any of you experienced come and go symptoms? One day you have them and the next they are gone and had healthy pregnancies??
