Painful boobies!

My son never took to the boob, but I pumped and supplemented with formula until yesterday. I said I would pump for 12 weeks and then quit before I go back to work. So I have been approx 24 hours without expressing milk.... and I’m dying!!! I have cabbage stuffed in my bra and took some Advil but this sucks so bad!
