I fell flat on my tummy.

so im a server and yesterday somehow i lost my footing. i was walking and next thing i know im face down on the hard tile floor. i tried to catch my self but failed. As i laid there for a second i instantly thought about my little Gizmo thats what we call the baby for now. im a larger woman so i kept telling myself its ok the baby is fine. After every co worker i had racing to me and helping me to the back to access the damage. Bruised arm hurt knee. tummy felt fine so i deside as we were very busy to go back to work. About 15 minites later i started to have some pinching in my abdominal area. So off to the ER i went. After a long ultrasound where the tech wouldnt let me see the screen or tell me if everything was ok...We were told Baby is fine heart rate is good. and no bleeding! praise the lord! We lost a baby at 6 weeks this June and i knew that i mentally couldn't handle a loss at 12 weeks this time. So im sore as crap! But my point ladies our bodies do a great job of protecting our tiny little passengers. Thanks for reading.
