Terrible day and just need some mommy reassurance

My LO is almost a year and is teething like crazy- fever, runny nose, cough, fussiness, and not sleeping through the night. My husband left for a week long business trip and my LO took a 15 minute nap. Then we played and she managed to eat glitter in the 1.5 seconds it took me to grab an ornament away from her (poison control says it's okay!), then she's so stuffy she can't even nurse, I have a sink full of dishes, 2 baskets of laundry to put away, and she is so fussy at bedtime. I did the nasal spray, vapor rub, and nosefrida and still she's so congested. We do our routine. I usually nurse her to sleep but she's so congested she can't nurse. So I try to rock her- nope. She is not a snuggler at all. So she's just playing on me and then screaming. I decide to put her in the crib so I can pee and bring up the laundry so I can start it right when she falls asleep. She screams right when I put her down and the whole time I am peeing and getting the clothes. Then she falls asleep and I feel awful. I was gonna try to nurse her again and calm her down, but now she's sleeping- which is good I just feel like a terrible mom having to call poison control, not being able to comfort her, and then having her go to sleep all upset 😔 it's just one of those days.
