Pregnancy caused autoimmune onset?

Has anyone here or anyone you may know had an autoimmune disease start after having a baby?

I asking because i was normal before i had my daughter 8.5 weeks ago. Every day for the last 2 months i have been waking up very stiff and sore. My joints on my right side, specifically my knee and fingers, have been super tight and sore, to the point where it hurts to hold my daughter or even open things. I basically have to use my hands to bend my right leg because my knee is so stiff. Its worse in the morning snd progressively gets better during the day, but never 100%. Im also super tired (beyond the expected tiredness of caring for an 8 week old and 3 year old) my hair is starting to come out some when i run my fingers through, which has never happened before except when i was on depo. My face flushes randomly as well. Lupus runs STRONG in my family. Out of my 7 aunts and uncles, 4 have it and possibly my mother as well.

Any help would be great. I asked my ob about it at my 6 week check up she said its not normal and to call my primary. I plan to make an appointment with my dr in january but i want to see if im losing my mind or if this is a legit thing.
