Colic!?

I think my daughter has colic? She is 1month and 2days old. She screams and cries all day long if I don't have her latched onto my boob. (I breastfeed) I make sure she has enough to eat by pumping and giving it to her in a bottle. then letting her suck on me if she cries. Im a first time mother and I don't know what else to do. I can barely keep up with pumping because she is always on my boob constantly. If she wakes up and she isn't latched she screams and cries and gets upset. I've tried everything; putting her in her swing, turning on white noise, singing to her, etc. If anyone has any ideas please comment?! Do y'all think she has colic? Is there anything else I can do? Please help!
