I work at a daycare where some of my kids are pretty sick with the flu. I constantly keep my hands washed and cleaned but somehow I think I have the flu at first it started off with just a simple stuffy nose, coughing, and sneezing but now I'm uncontrollably vomiting, having server diarrhea. I can no longer eat or drink anything because it comes right back up even when I don't eat anything I've been throwing up stomach acid to the point it hurts. My body has the worst aches and I am having trouble breathing especially at night so I get no sleep at all. I have no clue what to do or how to treat this can somebody please help me..
