I started working again on Tuesday. had to leave to house at about 545am and I got back to my son around 1230, nursed and that was o.k. next time I worked was Saturday, I nursed around 430 am and then headed into work shortly after. I was done my shift at 3pm and my breast was hurting! ( only nurse on one side lol) Sunday I worked again and my breast didn't hurt at all by the end of the day! does this mean my supply dropped that much overnight? I have also not gotten my first post partum period yet ! If I am away from baby for 8+ hours 3 × a week will it return for sure? UPDATE----- it came yesterday and I'm feeling depressed lol.
