is anyone else's lo not sleeping through the night???

My son was a champion sleeper until about 5 months old and then he started waking up again... He's 12 months now and wakes up At least 5 times a night... He wakes up more now than when he was a newborn... I'm at a lost on what to do... I'm pregnant again due in 4 weeks and I'm not going to be able to function waking with 2 babies.... My husband works 12 hr nights so he's no help I wake up a 6 every morning to get my older boys on the bus plus I have a 3 yr old who doesn't nap so day time naps aren't an option either.... I need a miracle😭😭😭😭
