What can you take for a stuffy nose and congestion while pregnant?

I woke up this morning with a stuffy nose, sneezing and congestion. What’s safe to take?

I take the prescription version of Zyrtec which is cetrizine( it’s just a slightly higher grade) it really helps. If I ran out I would just get regular Zyrtec. I’ve used most allergy medicine that there is cause of how severe my allergies are and Zyrtec is the best. I will however NOT get the generic store version, I don’t care what anyone says it’s not the same stuff as the name brand. The generic one 1) doesn’t work as well 2) made me break out into worse symptoms, extremely drowsy, and just completely unable to function as a human being. What I found so far is my “cold and sickness” symptoms while pregnant are mostly my allergies being heightened.
