Spotting is back

I unfortunately had an ectopic and tube removed at 9 weeks nearly two weeks ago. We have been dying to be again but we're waiting for the go ahead from our dr at our follow up in a few days. However I had a moment of weakness and mastubated (sorry tmi?!?!!🤷🏻‍♀️)and now I'm spotting a deep brown red. Anyone have this happen? I had trace spotting 3 days since surgery then I started one of my heaviest periods for nearly 6 days, and it's been 2-3 days since I finished bleeding until this morning now. Any input is greatly appreciated
