pain reliever?

i recently got into a car accident and my back is killing me. ive been using icy hot and pain relievers but its not doing that much. any suggestions?

2 ibuprofen and 1 Tylenol is a similar dose comparable to narcotics. We recommend this at my dentist office I work at, for pain.

water bottle or a heat compress, I also had physio which consisted of exercises, massages and acupuncture worked wonders for me 😊 although since I stopped going as I had all my sessions I now suffer with my neck again! considering going back for more acupuncture ☺ don't use cold compresses! :) that's what my physio told me hope this helps

Perhaps you tensed up during? Muscle relaxants would help, when stuck in the "on" position, muscles will continue to pull on the bones (it's how we move, but they do need to release at some point). Marijuana helped me cope with the pain from a car accident when pills did nothing.

Go to a chiropractor that offers massage and acupuncture. Your car insurance will pay for it.

Take two Advil and two Tylenol at the same time. My doc had me take that after my knee replacement. It works wonders.
