So my job had a Christmas party and everyone was to bring sides to go along with the turkey and ham the company provided. my co-worker made the Best Damn Rice and Beans ever. after we all finished our meal, I go to her and tell her the rice was amazing and practically beg her for the recipe so I can make again Right......Wrong she told me she would never give me the recipe!!!! So I'm laughing inside and ask her if she's serious or what? she tells me yep and goes about her day! now I'm not mad that she didn't want to give me the recipe, no is no, but I wanted to ask if anybody knows how to make rice and beans with the SOFRITO? it was so good I'd love to make for my daughter and myself. my co-worker is Puerto Rican if that narrows down the type of dish it was!!!
