This is a good idea (: also if you ever need some extra motivation there's an app that I'm like obsessed with. Its called Twin Body and its full of women and men on a journey of getting healthy and losing weight. You post progress photos, recipes, workout ideas/routines. It is helpful and inspiring!

I will join in! My doctor told me to lose at least 20 pounds before trying to get pregnant. I’ve been trying to lose the weight for about 2 weeks and have lost 3 pounds. 🤦🏽‍♀️
