So i had my first dr appt today my estimated due date was aug 4 putting me at 6 weeks & 2 days i had an ultrasound and they didnt see a sac or baby they scheduled me for 2 weeks to come back to see if they can find anything i have a strong feeling im getting dark positives because its twins & im really early to see anything has this ever happened to anybody what was the outcome ? My dr didnt sound worried sounds like hes dealt with this before .
