Thought on dying hair while pregnant?!

I’ve been wanting to dye my hair again really bad but not sure of the cons and pros since I never even thought about it with my daughter I’ll by 14 weeks tomorrow

I'm a licensed cosmetologist and a big problem is you can't garentee the outcome. The hormones can do crazy things. Sometimes the color won't deposit correctly or evenly. As long as you're in an open room you should be ok, just like I said it is also not recommended because you don't know what you'll get!

I coloured all through my pregnancy. Just make sure you don’t breath in the fumes

I did my sisters hair and my friends hair when they were pregnant. Turned out great & they loved the results. They were in a ventilated area 😊

As a hair dresser, please let them know that you’re pregnant or if you can bring a doctors note saying it’s fine for you to have it dyed!

The biggest problem with coloring you hair while pregnant is that it can affect how your hair takes the color so it won't come out the way you want it to.
