Got the medicine for cystic acne!

So I just got the medicine to cure my cystic acne on my chin, my doctor recommends this medicine called RoAccutane, she said it will makes my body very dry, even my eyes and I should try RoAccutane for 1 month at first. Its kinda hard for me to know that my body will dry bcs I wear contact lens (hard contact lens; RGP), I have -8 minus for both eyes, which makes me should wear eyeglasses when I try RoAccutane. The problem is I like my face better with no glasses so i should try a make-up for girl who wear glasses. Another problem is I'm the type of girl who often forgot to drink water. So this is like an exam to me for a month to try this medicine, to cure my cystic acne. Anyone got a tips for me??
