Pregnancy on Apri

My husband and I have been TTC for 15 months now and after the year point we went to my GNO. He diagnosed me with PCOS and recommend I start Apri for 3 cycles to regulate me then a round of Clomid to induce ovulation. My last cycle ended on Nov 8th and I started BC on the 19 of Nov. I’m currently on my sugar pill week and I’ve had no signs of my period. According to the calculations on the app I was supposed to start on Friday the 8th. I’ve had multiple pregnancy symptoms, nausea, lightheaded, slight abdominal cramping, a very random nosebleed and simply feeling different. I tested on Sunday Dec 10th with a negative outcome. What are the odds I might be pregnant even though I was on the pill? I plan on testing again in a few days
