Anyone else have carpal tunnel during pregnancy?

I’ve had it for a couple months now but it’s so bad that my entire arm has gone numb. I don’t remember the last time I’ve woken up and been able to move my hands because they’re not sleeping! I️ can’t straighten my fingers anymore. If you have or have had carpal tunnel what helps? And how long does it take to go away after birth? Desperate!

I had it from about 6 months on in my last pregnancy and it was SO BAD. Same symptoms as you... I couldn’t even use my phone/text anymore because my fingers could barely move. I also could barely write, and as a teacher that was a major problem! 
I had weekly massage therapy and it was still awful right until birth. It went away shortly after delivery, thank goodness. But now it’s come back and I’m only 4 months this time :(
Wearing splints at night helped a bit, as well as alternating ice and heat when it was really bad. Hope yours doesn’t get any worse - it can be so debilitating!

I had it before pregnancy and had surgery for it. Now it's back, but not as bad. I hope it goes away after the baby is born. You can wear wrist braces. They didn't work for me, but mine was really bad.
