Did I mess up? Help!

Question

I started taking clearblue advance ovulation tests on Saturday. Each day I’ve gotten up and taken it with my morning pee. This morning I woke up late, and didn’t have time to test so I brought the applicator but forgot to bright a pee stick 😞 Yesterday was my first high smiley! And now i don’t know what today’s is. Was it going to be a high smiley anyway since yesterday was my first? Did I mess this up?

I think as long as you started using it with FMU you’ve established a proper baseline and can test anytime now. It’s really just those first few days that you have to use FMU because it wants to know your lowest baseline numbers to base your readings on. So while I personally do believe that you should use it per the instructions you should be ok to just test when you get home.

Test when you get home. I always took mine when I got home, around 2-3. You don’t have to worry about taking it first thing in the morn. I had 5 days of “high” and the day I got my “peak” I took a test at 2 and got “high”. my husband was coming home from a business trip and wouldn’t be home til 10pm. So right before he got home I thought I’d take another test just for the hell of it, and that’s when I got my “peak”. I’m now in tww. I also read that it’s better to do it in the afternoon than fist thing in the morn. Good luck.
