Cardio during early pregnancy
Any fit mamas out there? I need to pick your brains.
I’m 8 almost 9 weeks. I’m in great shape and was working out for quite a while before I got pregnant. I’ve noticed in the last couple weeks I’m really struggling with cardio. I lose my breath easily and just can’t seem to run like I used to. I expected this later on in the pregnancy, but not so early. Is this normal? Anybody else experience this?
