Need advice please ????

So I have found I’m pregnant around 5 weeks had bad cramping and pain in shoulder fever and raised heart rate doctor thinks it could be eptopic pregnancy and Is sending me to early pregnancy unit for ultrasound and blood tests tommrow I feel so unwell will not be okay untill then ?
