Should I tell him the real reason why I'm upset?i
So here's the thing. Our plan for Christmas Eve / Christmas originally was to spend Christmas Eve with my boyfriends family, Christmas morning with his dad & Christmas night with my family. We just found out that the Christmas Eve party was going to be held in a couple towns over from us (like 30 minutes away) also close by to wear his dad lives. Well we originally thought it was going to be in our town & we'd be able to go home that night & spend Christmas Eve night as a family (it's our first Christmas with our daughter) but now that we found out it's going to be held in another town my boyfriend wants to sleepover at his moms that night. This really bums me out and I know it shouldn't but it's our first Christmas and I was looking forward to being a family & baking cookies and looking at Christmas lights & I also don't want to spend our first Christmas with his mom bc I wanted it to be just the three of us. But it makes me look like bitch if I say this bc we'd be saving gas money since his dad lives close by. Ugh should I just suck it up & say it's no big deal or should I risk it and tell him why I'm upset?
(My bf thinks it's dumb to drive 30minutes there & 30 minutes back just to make the same trip the next day to his dads in the morning)
