Am I pregnant or is it my period.

Af was due in 3 days but I spotted and bled today it's light af though but it gave me severe cramps that made me cry and throw up. It lasted 3/4 hours before I threw up then they went away and I took a test today. What's going on with my body??? No i haven't passed blot clots at all!!!
