TTC after 3 Miscarriages

Last Christmas, on Christmas Day I took a pregnancy test and after a year of ttc I had for the first time saw Two lines. My husband and I were overjoyed we began speaking about our plans for future and everything we had to look forwarded for in the new year. At 9 weeks I woke up and had gone to the bathroom first thing in the morning. I had noticed a very faint amount of brown blood. Immediately I looked to see if any others had experienced this. What I saw was a mix of different possibilities but mainly that it was normal if it was brown blood and very little. I then felt relieved. My husband and I then had gone about our Sunday morning routine, we had gone to church and then went to visit my parents. When I got to there house I went to the bathroom again and had noticed now a large amount of blood this time bright red. I Immediately told my husband and mother and the three of us went to the emergency room to make sure everything was okay. Once we got there I began having severe cramps. At this point I had a feeling that I may be having a miscarriage. The doctor had me do blood-work and also sent me to get a ultrasound. Because of the pain at this point and the amount of blood I was distraught. Throughout the entire ultrasound I cried as I held my husbands hand. Once the results came in it had come back that I would be miscarrying. They had then sent me home. I had then jumped in the shower figuring the warm water would help the pain and at this point is when I had miscarried. This was the hardest thing my husband and I had to deal with. We were overjoyed knowing we would be having a baby and that feeling was taken away so fast from us.

Fast forward to June I had found out I was pregnant at week 5 and experienced another miscarriage shortly after at week 6. In September I had found out I was pregnant at week 4 and miscarried at week 5.

At this point I had gotten frustrated and was curious why this kept happening to us. I met with my obgyn who had us both go for blood work to test for several different possibilities all in which came back normal. She had also performed a special ultrasound/procedure to make sure I had no blockage and that all came back normal.

It is now December and we are hoping to end the year in a better way that it had started. We are now going on two years of trying two conceive and after experiencing 3 miscarriages. I will find out on December 22nd if I am pregnant. We certainly are hoping for the best.

I apologize if this was tmi. I just wanted to share my story and experience so far.
