Pregnancy after MC

Hi ladies,

So a little back story...

Me and my SO have been trying for a little over 2 years and nothing seemed to be working.

On November 26th I randomly took a test (had no inkling I was even pregnant) and it came back positive, 6/7 tests later I finally believed it and called my GP to book in. Went to see them and booked with a midwife, they had me at 5w4d at this point.

On November 29th I started getting pinching pains in my belly and when I wiped there was blood on the tissue (red blood not spotting).

So after a day of this and a day of panic and worry I decided to go to ER and they booked me for an emergency scan at 6 weeks.

I continued to bleed heavily, passing clots and tissue. It was then confirmed at my scan that following Monday I had miscarried and I was devastated.

We spoke with my GP regarding trying again and he said as soon as the bleeding stopped and we felt ready we could.

So my bleeding stopped on December 5th. We started trying straight away.

Over the last 2 days I’ve had extremely bad lower back ache and a punching feeling on my left lower stomach...

I guess my question is, could this be implantation or will it be something else? I’m currently looking for everything I can in hopes it’s pregnancy related..
