Advice Please.....spotting for 3 days

I was supposed to get my period on Monday and I have a very regular cycle. I had a spot of blood on Monday night and thought for sure it was AF, but that was it. Yesterday I literally had a few spots of blood throughout the day and the same thing today....I haven't felt as significant of pms symptoms as I usually do, just some random cramping.

Should I test????

Really trying not to get my hopes up. we've been ttc for 13 months. I had an HSG x-ray and ultrasound last month and they found an endometrial polyp. I have surgery to remove the polyp scheduled for next Thursday. This is also my second cycle on Clomid.

Any help is greatly appreciated!!
