Can you tell me what this is and if it's normal part of the c section healing

My C-section incision doesn't have any severe pain but I am experiencing achy pain up above it just below my belly button and that flat part in that area. I don't know if I picked up something heavy or if it's a pulled muscle or maybe just something related to the C-section healing. it does not hurt as bad to run to the emergency room but I can't see my OBGYN doctor on till January since they are booked this month but I wanted to see if other moms are experiencing the same thing. It could be a urinary tract infection but I doubt it since I have no urge to pee or burning.
