I quit!!
I was addicted to caffeine for well over 10 years. Had to drink it all day everyday or I'd get a wicked headache. Decided 2 weeks ago I'd cut cold turkey cause it's not good for you. Been 2 weeks free of caffeine/sodas and Ive already noticed chances in my body! I've lost a few pounds and I don't feel so miserable all the time!
