Is it ok to exercise while ttc?

What can you do and what cant you do. I purchased a 12 week prog but nervous to do it during ovulation.

Of course! It is encouraged! Once you get your BFP, only continue what you have been doing, don't increase the intensity.

continue doing what you've been doing. it shouldn't affect you. once your pregnant you need to tailor your workout programs to how you feel/how fit you are etc.

My obgyn said all exercise is fine when Ttc, just limit high impact sports starting in the first trimester (eg anything where you can fall or get punched like rugby, horseback riding etc)

I thought you couldnt do fitness that jiggled your insides around read in a book? As may upset ovulation?
