So I’m 4 months postpartum and I’ve gotten sick for a week , and I haven’t been breastfeeding, and it seem like I don’t have no milk what should I do ?

Answer

Just keeping putting baby to breast, even if there is no milk. If you do that every hour or two it might come back! I’ve had mine tank after being sick and being out of town and allowing “cluster feeding” always helped more than anything.

I was curious, did you not breastfeed for the reason that you're sick? or other reasons?

You’ll have to pump and nurse a lot to get your supply back if that’s what you’re wanting

Try boosting your supply with lactation cookies or some type of lactation support supplement
