I finally got a referral to see a fertility specialist and i was wondering what's to be expected at the first appointment ?so far I'm getting all my blood tests done to check everything and i get my internal ultrasound done next week but i have no clue what to expect cause after 3 years trying and one miscarriage in February i never thought I'd make it to this .
