I take my temps every morning between 5:50-6am. This morning I happen to wake up at 4:50 and went back to sleep within 10 minutes and woke up at 5:48 when my SO came in from work and then took my temp. Would that mess it up any? I didn’t move around when I woke up the first time. There was a dip yesterday and then a good jump today which I’ve been waiting for for a few days bc I’m pretty sure i ovulated 6 days ago and my temp hasn’t reached the 98’s yet until this morning.
