Bleeding on pill

Okay so I recently started taking the combination pill against acne (Cyprelle), on the 15. November to be exact. Since then I had sex with my boyfriend several times, maybe 3 or 4 of them without a condom. When we did it without a condom and he came, he came in me. So since I started the pill I've been having break-through bleeding but I read that that's normal because the body takes a few months to get used to the hormones. But I think like yesterday or at the beginning of this week, I started having mild cramps and I've been bleeding a bit more heavily (not like super heavy, just kinda more period like) I also have to say that I already skipped a period, so maybe that's why? I'm just wondering whether this was normal or not and I know talking to my doctor is the easiest thing but because it's probably nothing I thought I'd ask here first :D Okay btw, by now it's pretty period like, with small clots, but I read that others had the same experience after skipping a period and it's due to the body adjusting to the hormones? maybe some of you had similar experiences? Answers are greatly appreciated!
