2 week old constipated or trapped gas?

My 2 week old seems to have trapped gas or be constipated. He only pooped twice yesterday and not yet today i can feel him pushing and hear him grunting to get something out. He isn't crying in pain but his tummy is quite hard. He is exclusively breastfed. I'm waiting on a nurse to call me back. Anyone else's baby havinhg bad gas or something.

First he won’t be constipated if breastfeed and second should be gas, mine have the same issue whenever I drink cow milk, I’m still trying to figure if I’m right but I’m pretty sure, could be just something you ate that give him gas

My son was the same way and it all turned out to be gas. He only nursed as well. We give him some gas drops and then do some bicycle legs and it works amazing.

My son at the same age had terrible trapped gas we didn’t give him anything because I was too scared. I just pushed his knees up to his stomach and did like bicycle kicks for him and it’s suppose to break down to bubbles or I would stimulate him when I’d change his diaper. I just put tiny bit of pressure on his little bum hole and he would fart right away or poop.
