need help weaning little one!

So my short term goal was to breastfeed for 3 months and long-term was 6 and my LO will be 6 months in a few days. Don't get me wrong I love breastfeeding and the bond but it's really putting a huge toll on my mentality. My little guy constantly needs me to fall asleep even during the day and nights are starting to feel like he's a newborn all over again. He uses me as a pacifier and refuses to take an actual pacifier. It's gotten to the point where he won't even take a bottle from anyone unless I give it to him( he's drinking formula too). I also have a two year old who needs me as well. I just don't know what to do. I'm sorry for the rant but I just miss being able to shower without the little guy crying because he wants to be held by me and not his dad.
