Why this CM??

So I have done 1 full week of birth control and this week I have been awful with remembering to take it. I missed las Sunday's, this Tuesday's and this Wednesday's. I remembered today's. Today I have a ton of egg white CM though. Is this normal? Like so much that when I wiped it was hanging out of me like an egg had cracked (tmi, sorry). I just don't know if that's supposed to happen??
