I don’t know if this is a stupid question 🤷♀️
Okay, so, I stopped nuva ring in June, had af in June, nothing in July, af came in August and nothing since. Today I am having classic period symptoms. I am super crampy and slightly nauseous, but no bleeding. I took a pregnancy test the other day (although I don’t think I’ve resumed ovulation since my body is out of whack) and it was negative. I guess my question is, is this normal? Can you have a “period” without bleeding?
