#2 issue on period...

Man I hate to be gruesome here but does anybody else have really bad bathroom experiences while on their period? It’s horrible for me. To follow up, does anybody have any tips on how to not make it hurt to go #2? No idea why only on my period it hurts but it does. Ughhh. Any tips would be really helpful. I am currently sitting in the bathroom typing this, lol.
