Pimple like sores

Below are photos of these pimple like sores on my stomach . I just had a baby 8 months ago and these sores keep popping up and they itch and hurt!!!

I’m not pregnant again so idk why I have this issue.

Any other moms experiencing this too or am I the only one ?
