Ever wondered what the best day to have sex is in order to optimize your chances? Is the day of ovulation? The day after? The day before? It's okay to be confused. In a recent survey - well over 50% of the women asked had NO IDEA.

But according to all the research done - there is a correct answer:

Your best chance of getting pregnant occurs 1 to 2 days BEFORE you ovulate. That's why OPKs are so effective - because they tend to turn positive at just the right time - 1 to 2 days before you ovulate.

Studies have also shown that you have virtually no chance of getting pregnant once you have ovulated.

So when do you BD? Do you always make sure to hit your optimal window?
