Metallic taste and vivid dreams

I know there are no real symptoms besides a missed period, but the last two or three nights I've been having the craziest life like vivid dreams and tonight I have an overwhelming metallic taste in my mouth. I'm around 7dpo. Didn't use ovulation tests this month. Just going by Glows approximate ovulation day. I miscarried 11/23 and TTC right away. So, very vivid dreams and weird metallic taste in mouth. Good signs? Anyone have these symptoms together and go on to get AF? Thanks!!
