So there is really no easy way to put this...im extremely self conscious of my boobs. They are VERY big and VERY heavy so they naturally sag. I'm 37 weeks pregnant and need advice. My significant other will obviously be there to watch me give birth, but is there any way to avoid being totally exposed? I really don't want my boobs hanging to my lap in front of him like that and the nurses for that matter. Am I allowed to wear a nursing bra when giving birth? Or do I have to be totally nude? Will I also get a blanket to cover up when delivering? And breastfeeding? Or is it all just out there for God and country? I'm not self conscious about my vagina...just my boobs 😂 Any advice?
