Anyone out there having twins? What are the symptoms? Anything different about early pregnancy with twins? I had a dream I was having twins 😱

I had a dream I was also having twins!  I’m hoping for one baby. I don’t go for my first appointment until 12/29.

Pregnancy symptoms are just that, pregnancy symptoms. You won’t know until you have your ultrasound. The only difference I could actually tell you I had between any other pregnancy was that I was violently ill from double hcg production, my friend didn’t have any pregnancy symptoms at all. Do you have an ultrasound planned soon?
