IUD Issues

So, I'm on Mirena for the second time. the first time I got it removed after only 4 years because something odd was going on. after 3.5 years my period had vanished (not uncommon). I started getting symptoms of a UTI every time I had sex. out got so bad the doctors stopped seeing me and just kept refilling the antibiotics. I finally had a culture done (this round of meds cause a severe Crohn's flare), they weren't infections. Based on a hunch I had the IUD removed at my annual apt. and never had the symptoms again. But I found out I had HPV. Years after the HPV cleared up I decided to give it another shot. The symptoms are back. Is this common? What does it mean? Should I have it removed again? Ugh!
