Heavy lifted now cramping and back pain.
I was helping my MIL do her laundry because she doesnt drive. i carried two of her large heavy bags to the laundry matt and back again when i was bringing her home and now my back is killing me and im getting cramps . Im just 11 weeks pregnant.
