Having a moment in life :/

So I'm currently 20 years old and I've been griefing about a past relationship it just sucks having a moment to yourself. But it's my fault I'm dumb for answering her messages and stuff :/ she just makes me think we will get back together. Well she said she was still in love with me I mean that's great I guess kinda but it just hurts having a moment with yourself
