OVULATION?!?

is it normal to have really bad lower stomach cramping when you ovulate? I'm just trying to get in tune with my body. could it have been implantation?

Answer

I always get one sided cramping (usually my right) and I always just assume that’s ovulating even though they say you can get them
Before during and after ovulating.  Implantation usually happens 9 days after ovulation, but can range from 6-12 days after.  So it just depends on where you are in your cycle as to which it would be 😘
