Early Pregnancy or Period?

Hey everyone!  I am cramping really bad and have horrible nausea and vomiting.  I have no appetite I try to eat, but I can't bring myself to eat the food. I have very light brown, pinkish spotting u can barely notice. My period is due next week.  Could this be early sigh of pregnancy or my period?

I think it’s an early period. I was same situation with the light spotting, cramps, nausea and lord behold 1 day later AF 😡
Just try not to stress and be patient a ton of PMS is so similar to Pregnancy symptoms. I hate and learned not to get my hopes up.
