Morning sickness?!

5 week 2 days, if this is what morning sickness is I don’t know that I can handle it 😫 constant nausea started today. Feel as if I could blow chunks any second.

Snack A LOT throughout the day. Protein helps you feel fuller for longer (peanut butter on toast is great, nuts, protein shakes, protein bars, etc). Stay hydrated. Peppermints help. Unisom can be bought over the counter and is approved/recommended by OB's, but try the more natural ways first. Hang in there!
